Eligibility Criteria:

Completion of Interior Arrangements 3 or 5 Day Redesign/Staging Course or IRIS 5 Day Certification Course facilitated by another IRIS instructor.
Minimum six months actively involved in redesign/staging business.
Marketing materials are fully developed and email signature lines are in use.
VM message is programmed with business verbiage and contact information.
Business systems are in place.
Web site is developed and functioning.
Membership in local association of realtors highly recommended, however not mandatory.

Curriculum

The most effective way to create visibility, enhance your credibility as an expert in the redesign/staging field AND to generate more revenue is to speak in front of groups---small or large.

Our three day Masters Class will teach you how to present a variety of redesign and staging programs with ease and confidence---and have fun doing it!

The best part is that you don’t have to create the programs yourself! You will be given everything you need to present dynamic programs created specifically for:

Real Estate Agents:

10 minute office meeting
45-60 minute special event meeting
3 hour, board sponsored training program

Community Colleges, Libraries, Furniture or Consignment Stores, Women’s Luncheons:

60-75 minute decorating program
3 part decorating series (60-75 minute each segment)

Trade Shows

Where to exhibit and how to choose your location
Partnering for greater effectiveness & efficiency
How to advertise & create maximum exposure
Getting the most from your experience: the follow up
Setting up a memorable booth
Opportunities to speak---why not to pass them up

In addition to learning the specifics of each presentation---who to contact, what to say, how to submit a proposal to speak, how to arrange sponsorships and what to charge---you will see live demonstrations and you will be giving your own presentation in an energized and supportive environment. Using visuals to highlight and add excitement to your presentations will be both discussed and demonstrated.

Each participant will be given both the Power Point Presentation on CD (for specific programs) and the hard copy version which can be used as a tabletop or easel presentation. Also, you will be given promotional flyers, press releases and ads, in addition to how to determine the best visual displays to use and how to handle drawings and giveaways.

BONUS!

A MRSS (Master Redesign Staging Specialist) Designation will be awarded to those attendees who successfully complete the following post course requirements:

Documentation to substantiate that the student has successfully facilitated three, live presentations (at least one to a realtor group).

Acceptable documentation:

Event specifics: location, date, time, contact person, topic.
Power Point, hard copy notes, promotional flyers, attendee sign up list
